when switching on and connecting with the phone app

I press updates, but it crashes
I tried with android phone and Iphone
quickly download the file, start updating, reach 100% and get stuck.
  In the RSC2 in the gimbal menu in the information section there is always the firmware version v01.01.00.10.
while in the DJI RONIN phone app you can see v01.03.00.20 in the firmaware item

Hello, Luc Pizzo Ary.  Sorry for any inconvenience. We would like you to check the following things first. Could you please have a try?
1. Please make sure that your internet is in a good condition.
2. Please confirm that your Ronin APP has been upgraded to the latest one.
3. Observing if the connection between the mobile device and DJI RSC2 has ever been discontinued?
4. If all those things are normal. Please reset your RSC2 and try to upgrade your firmware.
