I use airdata UAV. It gives a nice overview of wind/weather conditions as well. Can someone please tell me what are sats? Like today : 14 sats below 100m..

They are the satellites that are in earth orbit that supply the radio signals that allow for positioning.  As they move you have a different number available at different times.

what are sats?
The GPS satellites your drone receives data from to give horizontal position holding.
But you can safely ignore that aspect of the UAV Forecast app.
It's useless because no matter where your are or when, there will always be more than enough sats in your sky.
