Took the gimbal out to work today.
No idea what has changed but the tilt axis ‘sticks’ when the camera hits a certain tilt angle. I can hear the motor and then it sounds terrible. I auto tune - play with stiff and strength and no use. Nothing seems to make it better.
Switch on, off the gimbal and auto calibrate. Balance test excellent no different kit to what I was using before the update.
I same camera/ lens combo.

Why the tilt axis?

Occasionally the motors are auto lauded due to the warnings. I get a message about the arm being locked but  it’s definitely not.

Any ideas?

Hi there, please try to lock and unlock the axes to see if the error message still exists. And please also try to balance the gimbal again according to the video below for a test. The error message comes after the motor goes crazy.
It does all the auto tune ok- then balance test excellent.

Is there a way to re-flash the firmware?

To add further - when the gimbal goes to 'sleep' mode - the tilt motor is still active.
