Passing care refresh to replacement Mini 2

Hello,
I bought a Mini 2 with fly combo pack but didn't receine the additionnal helice and screw driver...
but i did activate the care refresh in the drone.
When i received the replacement drone, i couldnt activate the care refresh on it, and when i got to the setting, i see that there is no care refresh in this one, but the care refresh is active on the drone i resent to Amazon.
How to i pass the care refresh?

Hi, linsChaho. Welcome to reach DJI Forum. You need to provide the following information and send an email to djicare@dji.com. :
The exchange receipt or DOA case number
The serial number of the new drone
The serial number of the used drone which has been replaced
After receiving the email, we will ask the relevant team to transform the DJI refresh from the old aircraft to the new one. Hope my answer is helpful to you.
