Noticed already some time ago, that my mini 2 wont go over 10 m/s in S mode... First i thinked maybe it caused because of some wind. Today no wind at all and still, it wont go over 10 m/s.
Or do i miss something? Maybe need to change in app it somewhere... searched but didnt find

Maybe someone have any idea?

yeah but it should go 16 m/s in S without hacking?

Are you shure that you are in sportsmode?
I belive that this drone will take off in normal mode even if the selector is set to sport.

Try toggle the selector from normal to sport

Lower the gimbal below 8 degrees. Ascend above 15m and then see as you fly back and forth.

Hello there SalaEE. Good day and thank you for reaching out. As posted above by George GR the DJI Mini 2 has a Maximum Speed ( near sea level, no wind ) of 16 m/s ( S Mode ), 10 m/s ( N Mode ), and 6 m/s (C Mode). Thank you.

You must be trying to launch in Sport Mode.
But that doesn't work.
You can only select Sport Mode after launching
