just practicing combined moves, particularly the second scene in the footage.

I know for the best results you should cut out turns etc when editting, but in this case that was the objective of the practice run.

And it doesn't look that bad.

Yeah, a  'Medelander'.
I live in Heerde, so we have some places to fly.
And with  the Mini 2, I'm allowed to fly in congested areas as well.
(not that I just do that all the time, I'm careful about the feelings people get when they have a drone flying above them)
But indeed, not easy to find interesting spots to fly.

Yeah, it is. Quite good for when I have to drive to work (which is all over NL)

Ever since Corona, I only hit about 200 per week

@Hannibal_  could you please write me all of your advanced gimbal settings for the cine mode that you set for this video? Thank you for that. I have the problem, despite Geering's Geering speed already set to 10, which the vertical gimbal then
shows slight pixelation in the 4k videos with 25 FPS.

I really did not touch them.

Just altered the joystick controls and I try to keep the sun in the champs back.

I can send you settings (tomorrow) but you could also default them to get the same settings

My previous settings in Cine Mode were:

Yaw-Speed = 10 (after several tips on Youtube it should be = 5)
Yaw Smothness = 30 (YT tips = 20)
Pitch Speed = 10 (YT Tips = 5)
Pitch Smothness = 30 (YT Tips = 20)

The yaw speed value in particular is still too high for me, when I tilt the gimbal vetically from 0 degrees down to
90 degrees when viewed from the ground, I see a slightly pixelated image in the 4K videos with 25 FPS

Otherwise I'm very satisfied with the exposure, Pro-Mode, manual white balance 5400K, Iso: 100 and shutter
speed 1/500 second, looks good. I have seen in YT videos (everything relates to the DJI Mini2) that some
people set the white balance to 6400 Kelvin, isn't that too cool (i.e. too bluish)?

If there is less wind here in (Germany, Saxony-Anhalt near Magdeburg), I will do another test with the new values.

I'm a beginner, but I read a lot and I'm very into the whole cine-mode thing. I am 68 and retired
and have a lot of time for that.

I think that YOU have made a lot more flights than me and I only have the Mini2 for 2 weeks.

My goal is to make 1a 4K videos WITHOUT major post-processing, I want to see the raw material from the SD card as it is
recorded by the camera. This is the only way to see what the camera can do.

I don't believe in improving bad recordings with extra video editing tools.

I am a novice myself and I don’t do post processing at all. Apart from glueing fragments together in the last run. I bought it on holiday this year as this years holiday project. I always need to get my mind around something new when I am on holiday.

Though I am an IT guy, I Truely appreciate superb functional and user friendly devices. DJI delivers those too. DJI is kind off hybrid in that sense, for they also make just about everything configurable. But in a functional way. I like that.

I do have photography experience and I got the freewell all day filterset a couple of days ago. Can’t wait to check out the footage with the circular polarization filter on it…. So curious
