My Air unit when upgrading halfway seems hang and when i have to power off and reconnect, it shows no firmware inside.

Now the asistance 2 dont have list of firmware for me to choose for upgrade/downgrade.

What is the option avaibale and i did see it can update with custom firware too

How can I get it  back to the normal unit?

Thanks and I know this is a very old product but I am re-starting the unit which was a new set as spare.

After few time of reconnect, it is now able to see the FW list to do the upgrade.
