Just bought a new RSC 2. Great gimbal, love it! ....but, I hope it hasnt ruined my camera!?

Set it up and have balanced it a few times. Just now spent ages balancing it to get it perfect. App shows Excellent in all axis's. Balanced perfect. Did some filming and tilted all the way up (to point to the sky) and it makes this horrible noise and vibrated pretty bad. All other angles and movement is fine, just up on the tilt axis. It sounded like it vibrated my lens and camera in a harmful way.

Anyone else had this happen? Do I have a faulty gimbal?

Love some feedback or DJI assistance would be much appreciated.
