Hello, I have a problem with my DJI RSC 2.
With my iphone 11 pro and ipad air 2 and samsung galaxy m31 I can't see the bluetooth connection.
The gimbal works fine, but it does not create the bluetooth connection.
I have already done the reset, in the gimbal menu, of the parameters and of the bluetooth, I have restarted the gimbal several times ... but it is all the same.
Can someone help me ?

I can connect the gimbal. some people have problems whit the new firmware and do a downgrade on the firmware, But we need to connect the gimbal via Bluetooth. Support help US

Personally I solved it by sending the gimbal for assistance: being still under warranty, the repair was free. That's all
