Mount Bonnell is a prominent point alongside the Lake Austin portion of the Colorado River in Austin, Texas. The mount provides a vista for viewing the city of Austin, Lake Austin, and the surrounding hills. It is downstream from Lake Travis (see last year's video from there) and upstream from where the Colorado river goes right through downtown Austin (as shown in my video from last month).
One of the more interesting things about the Mount Bonnell area, is how the houses have been built both along the ridge line and below the ridge along the river.

Another amazing video. Love the Lake Travis area. I fished there many times over the years. Grew up in South Texas (Victoria) .
Yeah, that was one of my favorite ones from last year. Actually, if you search for "Lake Travis" on YouTube, this is the #1 recommended video. A year in and I'm still rolling in the views on it!
