First I activated all components,
drone, controller, goggles,
and then I was able to use the virtual fly app ...

No problem at all.

Don't forget to bring all components up to date first ...

If not, kindly please activate it first, and please refer to the tutorial steps below. You may also use the DJI Assistant 2 software to check if it is using the latest firmware.
