P4 battery not detected after repair

Hi,
Today I got back my P4 from DJI repair service but there are some issues:

First I don't know why but they changed the drone body so now my drone has a different serial number and is displaying on my account which is really cool of them.

But after doing the IMU and compass calibration the drone say that my battery are not plugged in correctly and won't take off.
I also tried with my 3 battery's but still the same error.

When I insert the battery its look like there is a little gap between the phantom and the battery and when I push the battery with my hand the error disappear.

My drone didn't have this problem before repair and because the body was changed it's probably because of this, so I wanted to know if it is possible to get a ticket to send it back and repair for free.
