I have half a tank of diesel. Good for about 400 miles. But the car gets little use these days, We're in that sweet spot where everything is accessible within walking distance, and yet still at the fringes of the countryside.

Have about the same in petrol but SHMBO'd has a dentist trip later which isnt local as she never moved dentist when she moved in,  and then we do the MIL's shopping which will add another 70 mile round trip on Saturday.   Hopefully by then things will be getting normal again.   Failing that I have 5 litres for lawn mower in the shed and so does the MIL.

I hate buses,  and especially now dont like being in enclosed spaces with strangers.

It's mainly rural buses around here. Occasionally, we're the only two aboard (plus the driver, of course)
