I have only charged my Pro 2 battery 20-30 times. If I plug it in now, no lights come on and it won't charge. Can I get a replacement please. $150 should last more than 20 charges

Can you please try to leave the battery on the charger for approximately 2-3 hours to see if there are some changes? Also, please provide me the serial number of the said battery via PM so we can check the warranty period. Please keep us posted. Thank you for your understanding and support.

i have exactly the same problem with one of my batteries, I tried to charge it for more than 20 hours. Is this caused by an issue of battery firmware? The last changelog was "Fixed occasional issue: battery could not be charged when the battery level was low."

20 charges and the battery dies. $150? wow

I experienced the same problem, battery is 13 months old.  I contacted DJI and the battery is not covered under DJI Refresh +.  I was offered a coupon for 1/2 off a new one.  Overall fairly disappointed the battery didn't last longer.

Since dji batteries are such garbage, may as well go with off brand for half the price

M2 batteries have real issues.

Hi! Idk if the post is off topic, but i need help!
I fly with my Mavic 2 Pro above a river, and the batery jumps from 50% to 0%, and the drone land in the water.
What can I do?
I will try to rescue the drone in the water, but i dont know the success of the mission.
I have the records of flyght on my acount on DJI GO 4.
