Keep looking for a good condition 5dmk4 but there’s always something wrong, don’t understand how people don’t look after their gear.

I found one tonight at a good price and nice condition/ low shutter count and the tripod mount is wrecked

I guess they are mostly used by pro's that don't care too much about the equipment. As long as it gets the job done.

Different state of mind I guess.
Earning money by getting a shot is more important than being careful with the gear.

I think you could do both though.  Infact I can think of two pro's who I follow that does both.

Oh yes, very well possible.
But I have worked with some and they really don't care.
No time to care.
Just get the shot and move on.
(not how I like to work)

Less is more is always a good starting point.
It’s always great to plan and thing about what you want to show before you you start shooting.

Practice makes you better
