Missing Two DJI Pocket2 on my account:
Hi there, the icons will appear on your profile automatically when the products were activated by your DJI Forum account. I've checked the serial numbers of your DJI Pocket 2, they were not activated by your forum account, so there is no DJI Pocket 2 icon on your profile. Thanks for your kind understanding.
By the way, the latest firmware version of the DJI Pocket2 is 01.03.00.10, you may refer to the DJI Pocket2 Release Notes here: https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/ ... e_Notes_en_0128.pdf; You don't need to update it at present.

I've got a problem with my OM5. I activated and registeted it, but it doesn't appear in the list of my products like the Mini 2 and the Ronin S2.

Hi there, I am able to check your OM 5 serial number using your DJI account. As per the serial number, it seemed that DJI Mimo app had no account logged in by the first time you used the OM 5. Therefore, the OM 5 has no link to your forum account.
We had noticed the requirements of the device info display to our engineers, and this function will be supported in the firmware to be released. Please stay tuned to DJI Mimo or DJI’s release notes. Thank you for your understanding and support.

I'm also having the same problem with my 3 Minnie's and fpv are on my account but my Air 2 and mavic zoom are not on my account
