Hello, there. Sorry for your inconvenience. As you can see from the link below, the compatible device hasn't added iPad 11 Pro on it. We can not guarantee it will work perfectly with DJI GO for this reason. Could you please try to reinstall the APP through the link first? Or you can keep using the previous iPad if it is convenient to you.
