Hello! Hopefully someone here can help me. I have problems with my DJI OM 4.
The equipment doesn't turn on . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QquekHzJ5ts

When I charge it white lights come on and then 10 second laters it turns off.

On the other hand, when I charge it and turn it on, it lights up green and white, red and white, it connects to the app, it moves, does everything, but if I remove the cable it turns off.

Thanks for the reply. But I live in Argentina. There isn´t official support. I bought it in the United States months ago, and today when I wanted to turn it on I saw this happen. I don't think I can travel again anytime soon, so I wanted to see if there was a way I could try to solve it myself.

Thank you for your clarification, I am sorry for the situation, as per checking, the issue may not be able to solve remotely. Or you may try to use a different case for charging, please keep it charging for over 2 hours, and you can try to keep the OM 4 charging, connect to the Mimo app and see if there is any update, if so, please update the firmware. If the issue persists, the unit may need a further diagnosis. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

Yes. Thanks again. No, there aren´t updates. When it is charging there I can link it with the app, and it is seen that the battery charges and then stops charging. The drawing flashes green and then red. But all the commands work, it is something specific to the battery. I will have to wait and try to solve it during some trip. I also have the same problem. I bought it in Saudi Arabia and now im in the Philippines. I cannot use the unit.

Hi there, may I confirm if the model of your unit is also DJI OM 4? Could you please tell us more details so that we can better help you? Can the gimbal be charged normally?

The unit is not working when not connected to the power source.
It looks like the charging stopped working suddenly.
I switched chargers, tried to reset...
Nothing worked.
Do you have any solution for that?

Unfortunately I live in Argentina and the technical support here is only for Drone, no one knew how to solve it, I took it to two private technicians and they didn't either.
