When I finish a shoot with the DJI Air 2S and DJI Samet Controller, and try to use Go Share to download photos and videos to my iPhone, some of the photos have the word “Original” on them and the others a extremely pixelated.

How can I download the original photos on ALL photos using Go Share?  See examples below.  It’s like some of the photos are very low-res cached photos that are downloading through GO Share.

I have attached screen shots of what I see when using the DJI Go 4 app on my iPhone and downloading originals from the DJI Air 2s SD Card (still in the drone) via Go Share.  

I’ve also attached similar photos I took separately where one downloads as a pixelated (8kb) tiny photo and the other, that said “Original” by it on the GoShare screen on my iPhone, that is 5.7mb and full resolution.  

I’ve flown DJI drones for years, but am new to the smart controller.

First of all, you are using the wrong app for the Air 2S....You need to use the "Fly "app. I don't think the Go Share function is operating properly with the drones using the Fly app like the Air2S...You have to download the original pix from the Drone (SD card) using the Album in the app ( little "arrow" icon in top right of the image) and that will have the high quality images in the SC. Once you have those originals you can share them using Bluetooth ...You are correct in assuming those are the pixelated "cache" images.
