Hi everyone
We have bought a Mavic Air2S and love it.
What program does everyone use to download from the SD card to laptop.
Have tried windows media and it doesn't seem to work real well and does take a long time to download and convert.
Surely there is an easier way.
Help would be appreciated

Just use explorer to copy files,    I also like breezesys for managing the files from the SD card - https://www.breezesys.com/solutions/breeze-downloader/

I plug my drone into the computer, turn the drone on, and it comes up as a removable drive like a thumb drive would. Then i drag and drop the pictures from the folder on the drone to a folder on the desktop. It takes a few minutes as they copy over. Thinking about getting a card reader so i can just take the sd card out of the drone and plug it directly into the computer.
