Hello,

I've updated recently the Air 2S firmware through DJI FLY App. After the update, the connection got worse. In my last flight, the drone lost connection with 250m of the home point. And now I can't bind the Air 2S to my RC-N1 anymore. The remote is good, I've bound to a friend's drone.

I can't downgrade the firmware in DJI Assistant 2, the program only shows the latest version as option.

How can I downgrade the firmware? Why are older versions not available?

Did you also upgrade the firmware on the controller?

Are you receiving any error message on the DJI Fly application and may we know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using please? In addition as posted above kindly please check if your DJI Air 2S remote controller is updated as well. Thank you.
