Greetings, I searched far and wide and have not had any resolution on how to calibrate my Mavic Pro 2 Vision Sensor System. I have a 5K monitor (Big Sur) and have tried lowering the resolution down to 1600x900. Regardless, I get the error message the monitor is not detected. I also tried on my BenQ 27". I also lowered the resolution to 1280x720 and actually did get the test pattern. However, when I tried to move the drone, I get another error message about "movement."I did call DJI support. Support indicated a 14, 17, or 24 " monitor may be required. What?  Not sure what he was referrring to. I run Macs, period.
Anywho, I suspect someone out there has certainly had the same issue and a workaound. Any assistance would be appreciated
Cheers,
Ken

Hello there Ken. I am sorry for the trouble and thank you for reaching out. You may give a try to change the resolution of your screen for your reference you may take a look at this information. It is recommended to use a monitor with a size of 14 inches or more, and a curved screen is not supposed to be used. Set the display resolution to the recommended value (usually 14 inches for 1366*768 or 1440*900; 17 inches for 1366*768 or 1280*720; 19 inches for 1366*768 or 1440*900; 22 inches for 1680) *1050 or 1920*1080; 24 inches for 1920*1080 or 1920*1200). Thank you.

Ahhh....you must not have read my post. I have a 27" monitor. It is the only size monitor I own.

Well, I have discovered the issue with using DJ1 Assistant on my 27" MAC. Apparently, the newest version does not play well with any Mac OS version of 11 and up. For the most part the app works like for firmware updates, but not using the calibration tab. Fortuanately, we had one Mac that hasn't been updated in over a year and was able to calibrate using the scaled resolution of 1600x900. Still mystified as why after a year now of the release of Big Sur, DJI hasn't provided an updated Assistant? Is this a not so subtle hint DJI is longer supporting the use of the Apple OS for its software?  Good information to know if one is purchasing a DJI product. Hopes this info helps others make informed decisions. Cheers!
