Hello!

  

I have a major problem with my Mini2 caused by jello effect. The drone was purchased in March and it’s in perfect condition – no damages, no crashes, and everything is good.

  

I thought it might be caused by the propellers and I replaced them with brand new ones. Unfortunately, the effect is still there. You can see it on my video in YouTube at the end of the post.

This is my third brand new drone with such an effect, after my Phantom 3 Advanced and Phantom 3 Pro also with strong jello effects.

The drone is with the latest firmware update, with brand new propellers and in perfect condition.

  

This problem makes my Mini2 useless. What is your advice?

  

Is it only zoomed in and up close dark objects?  I couldn't really tell in the lighter colors.  IDK

Not sure that’s Jello effect, and focusing so close to the grey ground will not give a good indication of jello.

Rolling shutters can cause such effects as: Wobble. This phenomenon (also known as the jello effect) appears when the camera is vibrating.

Post a video taken within the focusing area at normal flying, if its jello trees are a good subject to show this.

This seems like something vibrate near camera. My advice is send it to Dji.

It's not zoomed. Its in normal condition, it doesn't matter close objects.

Yes, it's with brand new props.

Ok it looks like you might have a serious problem, hopefully you are under warranty.

Yeah, that's definitely an issue.  I'd send it back to DJI for diagnosis.  

Looks like they sent you a Zino Mini Pro
