OM5 on its way back to Amazon!

Sorry DJI this thing is an abomination and the few features  added  like shot guides, active tracking v4.0 are software and should have been added to the DJI Mimomapp for OM4 as well.

The selfie stick is dumb and makes the whole thing less stable when extended. Simple physics!
The button placement sucks, the M button is unusable without changing grip or using two hands.
Can barely handle Max size phones and forget adding filters, lenses, etc...
Using a folder adapter like MoonDog Labs 52mm results in it contacting the gimbal arm, likewise for counterweights.
Limited rage due to redesign of gimbal to make smaller and the folding arm.

DJI was so petty that when an OM5 connects to Mimo app you get slow, medium and fast under follow speed yet connect an OM4 and you only get slow or fast. Also, want 4K HDR/Dolby Vision only on the OM5 but not at 60fps. WTF?

Hello, there. Sorry for your inconvenience. Shot Guides and ActiveTrack 4.0 are optimized according to the hardware structure of DJI OM 5, so it is not available for the predecessors of DJI OM 5. As for the option to 60fps, it is limited by the systems of mobile devices, which put some restrictions on the third-party interface. We recommend you shot under 1080p if you have requirements to shoot footage with high frames per second.

Shot Guides are 100% in Mimo App and are not available as a choice by DJI to have a "feature" to sell OM5 same as removing "medium" setting from follow mode when  OM4 is detected by Mimo app. Software limitations NOT hardware and imposed limitations NOT technical.
