Rainy weather at the moment, so grounded. Took the opportunity to review some old footage from the archives.
I found this memory of a holiday from several years ago, taken with my old Mavic Pro Platinum, which went to a new owner
when I moved up to the M2Zoom.

Nice spot,  whereabouts was that taken?

Super images, France? The roofs look a little steeper than they are in the UK.

It was, at the time. Another swathe of the French coast which has since been painted red on the NFZ website

Ah, that's so sad...and a lost opportunity, drone photos give such a different perspective...any particular reason given as to why?

No reason. Just, when the website was updated, suddenly lots more red patches appeared across the country.

Hi David.  Many of the villages around the Brittany coast have a Cornish feel to them. And the older locals refer to the area along the Channel coast as Cornouailles.

My pleasure Blériot,    Indeed the twin keel ones did look like they were up on stilts.  I wonder how stable they are when they are out of the water and balanced like that?

Well, I didn't see any toppled over
I guess the keels stick so far into the mud they can easily stay upright.
