Hi all,

I have listened to a lot of reviewers who say that the OMO 4 does not need to be calibrated. When I put the smartphone on the base, there is always a message indicating that the OMO flange is not positioned on the marks even though it is ok.

If I calibrate from the menu it's OK.
But every time I put a bridle down I have to start over.
Is it normal to have to calibrate each time you remove and replace the bridle ?

Thank you

Hello there Studio93. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. May we know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using on your DJI OM 4 for us to be able to isolate the said issue? Thank you.

Thank you,

Xiaomi MI MIX 2S and XIAOMI MI 11
When I calibrate automatically and adjust the horizontal position there is no longer a problem. But if I remove the phone holder to put the shell back on, and I remove the shell to put the holder back on, I put the smartphone on the Dji OMO 4 and it tells me that the white dots are not opposite.

While all is well. I think the OMO 4 does not understand the distribution of the masses of my smartphones.
