I recently encountered what appears to be software issues with DJI Fly App.  
Flying the Air 2S and using a Pixel 4XL phone.  When I begin taking pictures, the software won't switch to Pro, and is stuck with Auto exposure only.
It will lick me select Pro, but NONE of the options are available or even visible (ISO, Shutter, etc...).  And one of the big attractions was being able to make these adjustments in the past.  The only way to get "Pro" back is to shut down the app, restart, and MAYBE it will work if I choose it first (before Auto).  But it just happens again any time after I choose Auto.

I've checked all Firmware, Fly App version, Phone updates, EVERYTHING is up to date (as of 10/5/21).  Something has changed recently as I've been flying this drone since its release back in April, and have never encountered it.  This is my 3rd drone, and I've been flying for several years.  So, while it's possible it is some sort of user error, I'm highly doubtful.  I use this for business and need the Pro to work, or the drone is useless in auto (or at very least seriously degraded).

search for 1.4.8 version (1185) that should fix your problem!

Hi.  I am already on 1.4.8.  The problem exists on this version.

1.4.8 (1120) is from the DJI website, this (1185) was created to fix issues but is not on their website. Check as (1120) caused all kinds of lock-ups on my mini 2 & air 2s usually after a few minutes but not always.

If you don't want to try the update, roll back to 1.4.2 that was my first fix, but lost all my 360 panoramas in my phone when I rolled back & reinstalled the Fly app!

Downgrading will make you uninstall the old fly app and settings, previews, etc. on your phone! I would just encourage you to try the 1.4.8 (1185) as many have this version installed and it has solved many issues. Also look in mini 2 and many have this loaded there also.

Also, DJI has updated their website download although it says 1.4.8, it is actually 1.4.12.

Thank you!  Funny, when i downloaded 1.4.2 and opened the app, it makes me download 1.4.8.  But, when you go directly to the download page on DJI, it displays 1.4.8 as you said, but actually downloads 1.4.12...  what a mess!

You would have to delete the fly app off your device before loading the older 1.4.2 version, then you can downgrade. Otherwise you can only install newer versions. Yes DJI isn't very good at labeling the correct version on the download pages. Follow the other forum members especially those who are helpful and seem to know what is going on!
