DJI provided the label for my Care Refresh return on 9-19-21, the package went to the wrong location and now DJI is telling me to work it out with UPS! What the heck, DJI provided the label and mailing instructions. The only information I have is the tracking number and now UPS is asking for information off the label I obviously do not have. It has been over three weeks since I sent my Mavic Air 2 to Texas to be replaced!
