One of my airunits is not able to communicate with the flight controller. I have three Caddx airunits which I bought in June from a shop here in Greece (Hobbytrip.gr). I have installed two of them on my drones and they were fine. I crashed one of my drones and the airunit on the drone died, so I replaced the faulty unit with the third airunit that was sitting on my stockpile.

I can see image on my goggles but the airunit does not communicate with my FC over the serial cable, so i have no OSD and the airunit does not know when I arm/disarm the drone. All the settings are fine (on FC or the Goggles). I have tried to swap the two airunits between the two drones and the other one works fine (it communicates with the FC and I can see OSD and all). So, it looks like the third airunit has a damaged serial port.

What can i do about that?  How/where can send it for replacement or for testing/fixing within warranty?
