How is it possible that this tablet is not compatible with DJI fly app? Its almost 2022 !!!!. Please share a work around to have DJI fly app installed on this device.

That device is too slow at 1.6 GHZ. I had the SM-T290 Tab A (2.0 GHZ) and it works for the Mini (barely) but not for any other drones. It is faster than yours but still too slow. There is nothing DJI can do to speed them up.
