Can I get a refund for DJI Care Refresh plan for lost/stolen drone?

My DJI Mini 2 fly more package was lost on a recent trip. It was not lost in flight, just either stolen or accidentally left behind.

It was a nearly brand new drone, with about 5 or so flights, and I had purchased the DJI Care Refresh plan. I never used the plan.

I would like to purchase another drone. Do I need to purchase a new care plan as well? Can I get a credit from the lost/stolen drone's plan?
