I realise why there are height limits regarding safety and laws.
But why am i able to fly to 500 meter in sport mode, but i can't go above 120 meters in manual mode because it kicks me out of manual mode.
It doesn't make sense to me, because in sport mode the chances of hitting a manned aerial vehicle is as high as doing it in manual.

What is the purpose and can i disable it? In the future i want to dive mountains and cliffs that wil be a lot higher than 120 meters....

I fly with the DJI FPV from Day One and immediately in manual mode !!

I fly only in the mountains where for obvious reasons following a slope you immediately exceed 120m in height ..... but not from the ground because I am always close ...

I have suffered several times the block at the 500m limit (which I have now removed) but never the 120m one

Could you be flying in an area that the DJI system deems restricted?

Have you removed the distance limit from the menu?

Even when i fly in 'recommended' zones i get thrown out of manual when i exceed 120 meters. This doesn't make sense in my opinion.

This 120m thing and back from manual to normal mode only happened to me when I had a loss of signal ...

Have you changed the area you usually fly from?

Do you seem to have some signal problem?

Never noticed a signal loss, i have it in every zone. It's hard capped at 120 meter for some reason.
I have flown to 500 meters in sport mode at the same area without any issue.

Really strange this thing !!

I would try a factory reset and a re-pairing of the whole system ....

Otherwise you have to contact DJI support !!!!

Have you updated to the latest firmware?

If so the drone-hack system on your DJI FPV will unfortunately not work ....

I do indeed have the latest firmware.
I'd like to know what causes this issue though. I would be surprised if there isn't an official solution or known bug for this???

Are you flying in CE or FCC mode?

Honestly I don't know what this problem could be due to in manual mode only ...

I repeat to you I have always and only flown from the first day in manual mode and I have never had any problems.

I fly into FCC and don't have the latest update ...
