Hi guys, i hope i am right here. i recorded yesterday 5 videos with my new dji air 2s. and today i was trying to play the files but i cant. its corrupted.
i cant import it into adobe premiere. i already put the sd card into the drone and waited but it didnt worked. pls help

I found the problem: the problem was my sd card, it is too slow for the 5k footage. i can only play it on the phone but not on my pc.

Is there still a way to recover the files?

If you can play it on your phone, then the footage cant be corrupt,  If its just your PC thats not powerful enough to play it, you can run it through handbrake to convert it back to h264.

I already tried it to convert with adobe media encoder and handbrake. Both programs doesnt accept the file.

If they play on your phone why not transcode them on you phone.  On iPhone iMovie can do this without issue.

Not working i downloaded the file on my phone and than uploaded to google drive than downloaded it again on my pc. but the video is not working (((((

If you mr phone will play the file it’s not corrupt. Something else is happening to it.   I’d take the sd card out of the drone and put it into you computer to copy the files off.

The file you shared is just 510mb of 0000's. there is literally nothing in it.  No way that could play.

That file is also just 0000's.   How are you getting the file off the drone and have you tried a new SD card?   Or maybe format the one you have in the drone.

I would try to format it first just in case.   Usually the fly app will tell you if its too slow,

Also are photos working OK?

i get a error message on the fly app "sd card is to slow" :/

Then you have answered your own question,  it doesn't explain how the phone will play them unless you are playing the low quality cached version.
