There is no live picture during flight.

Camera view doesn't work. The drone does record and takes pictures, and flies perfectly, but no camera view, so you can't see what you shooting.
my specs;
Samsung Galaxy S21
Android 12 Beta 2
DJI Fly version 1.4.2 and 1.4.12

Hello, there. Could you please also tell us your aircraft model and firmware version?
BTW, have you tried to change to another data cable?

Mini 2 with firmware version 01.03.0000
RC 04.11.0016

I have tried with different cable, but no difference.

In the meantime i've also tested app version 1.4.8

Hi, there. Thanks for your reply. Would you please check the exposure first? The issue may occur due to overexposure or underexposure as the manual exposure mode was set. Go to the image transmission screen and tap the exposure mode setting in the right corner and choose the auto exposure mode. Then, we would like to know if this issue happens on v1.4.2, v1.4.8, and v.1.4.12 DJI FLY App? Also, would you please try to test it in different places? Please test it outside with an open view, no obstacle, and signal interference.

I have the same issue. After upgrading phone (Samsung S21) to Android 12, DJI Mini 2 started to disconnect. I sometimes get first frame from the camera.

After installing DJI Fly Android 12 Beta app, it is not disconnecting anymore, yet there is no video preview from the drone.

Drone F/W: 01.03.0000
RC F/W: 04.11.0016
DJI Fly Version: 1.5.1

I've completely re-installed fly app with NO success.

1/ I tried with apps: 1.4.8 and 1.4.12 - the issue was much worse, the drone kept disconnecting completely (but not returning to home)

2/ This issue is not related to the distance or interference - it is permanent. Drone is 1-2 meters away standing on the desk - no live preview at all. (I tried with some other locations with the same effect - NO Video).

No obstacles whatsoever.

It's a known issue with Android 12 and the DJI Fly app.

Not ETA on fix.

Well known issue still not been addressed

I have bought my mini 2 a few days ago. I have a Samsung S21 Ultra 5G.

First try at home worked fine, after update itself i started to get black screeen on live feed (only, because i still could record and take photos without knowing where i was shooting, but it worked fine) and the app after first use, start to crash. To use it i have do delete and install again.
Read along this forum to update the app by downloading the last app available, so i did it.
Live feed come back to work but still have the app crash everytime after first use.

I have contated chat support today and they know about this issue with Samsung S21.
At least, i can see where i'm going right now... Waiting for a full resolution of it!
