when I take photos in raw on my mini 2. photos become 9 megapixels. How do you get them in 11 megapixels? Or it does not go higher in raw?

Are you looking at the real picture or just the preview which is lower quality.

Have you set 16:9 in the settings? thats just a crop of the 4:3 version.

No,  4:3 is the full image,  the 16:9 just crops that image smaller inside the drone,   youre better at 4:3 and cropping manually later to 16:9 (if you want that) as you get far more control.

4:3 is better for all pictures like DaFlys already stated. 4:3 uses the full size of the sensor. You can always cut off what you don't want it edit.
16:9 uses just a part of the sensor.
