Hello how do i change my profile pic and user name

I can change my profile name and avatar,  but my name randomly gets reset back to the cryptic default.

My profile name just got changed to something random again.  See attached.

My name was changed again, this time to fansfdb281db.
Very frustrating, especially since the name is never the same.

Same issue, a year later, apparently. Changing my profile pic and username doesn’t stick, not even for a minute. There has to be a glitch that can be fixed - individually changing peoples names isn’t sustainable.

But I can change them easily. Are you sure it's not your browser problem?

Hi there, we checked that we can change the username and profile successfully. Could you please test it again to see whether it's a network or browser issue? If possible, please test with another browser. If it still not works, please provide us with a picture or video for further confirmation.

Same here in my edit section in the dji app it look fine but as soon as i enter forums its back to no name no picture???

I seen yer example on how to change your profile picture and name but I can't find that screen anywhere why isn't it just updating from my profile, yer guys software has been very difficult as of late what is the problem? Why can't I fix this seemingly simple issue. There no option to figure it out anywhere I've seen?
