I like many rewatched Friends over the lockdown and then really enjoyed the reunion they did with James Cordon.

Ouch that makes it sounds like I didnt do anything all day.   I only watch TV after 7pm as a general rule,  and bed by 9:30 - 10.  Mostly as Im an early bird.

Well since the fuel shortage fuel has gone up 6p a litre,  so I will soon need to mortgage the house.

My dad worked for an oil producing company and he used to tell me that petrol prices are set based on consumer demand.  He said that if you could buy petrol directly from the refinery it would be at less than 1/10 of the pump price.  Not sure how it works in the UK but here the pump price includes local or city tax, county tax, state tax and federal tax.  Then you need to include transportation costs to get it from the refineries to the distribution sites and then eventually to the petrol stations.

That's why I see an electric car in my future.

Yes petrol is a huge scam.  OPEC are allowed to control a monopoly and then the government slap 80% tax on it.

Probably the biggest rip-off going on today.  Guess they figure they better gouge us while they can before electric vehicles become the norm.

We just passed a petrol station that will still on the old pricing so we topped up quick.
