But no, unfortunately that does not work for this one (according to our hardware guy)

Maybe availability in NL is different.  But here most languages have been available for everyone I’ve done.

Probably so.
But I will sit it out.
The screen flickering has stopped for some time now (will be back, but I'm enjoying this while it lasts)

It is a broken cable.
Somehow it is now in the right angle again I guess.

Theres a little ribbon cable that often breaks over time as opening and closing the screen flexes it.   Usually the dells dont fail in warranty these days though.
