I agree when you blow it up you can see it's a fake.

Even if it was real the Huey is a large helicopter and the inspire as compared would be quite small if it was indeed over the copter. So this means the inspire was much closer the inspire pilot and the perspective of that could also mean that the inspire was actually much lower as well. Either way its probably not the real deal.
