This guy shouldn't be outside prison anyway.  He has 29 prior felony convictions.

From following the USA news it appears that if your poor you get the book thrown at you,  but if you have $$$$ then nothing,   for proof I will point you at the former guy as Stephen Colbert has called him.

3 strikes is a law.  However, due to overcrowding in some prisons the Judges seem to overlook that rule once in a while.  One can only assume that all his felonies were non-violent. In my opinion he needs to take up permanent residency in a "cross bar hotel".

The great and powerful dr Larry ?? Wtf, sounds to silly to be taken serious. Just like the great and powerful oz was a scammer so is this guy I’m sure.  

I think they definetely shoud throw the book at the drone felon, and also at all of these spammers polluting this forum with their fake doctors and magic.
