SHMBO’d now has every Monday off until Christmas as she hasn’t been able to use it as her backup quit late last year and the company hasn’t replaced her yet and the client won’t let her take proper holiday until she has cover.  She has a finance related job where 3 times a week she has to process payments.

Anyway with her about it really messes with my routine.

Yes she’s been working hard to keep everything going and now she feels like she being punished for it.  She’s still got 15 more days to try and take but failing to get it approved so she may end up loosing some of it.
