I took a panoramic photo of the Sphere on my Mavic air 2s and the photo came out horizontally...how do I transform it into a spherical?

You can stitch the photo in the app and have to share it on some site that allows for spherical viewing.
The photo itself is just a horizontal panorama, nothing more.
So the website has to convert it to a sphere.

Most easy will be skypixel I guess. You can share your flat image via Skypixel to get a nice sphere.
But streetview also works .
And there are other websites that can do this.
