On my 2nd flight with a 100% battery, the dji fly app incidated that the battery was 26%. The app decided to do a force landing. Upon landing the drone, I inspected the battery life in the drone. It indicated 75%.

Videos and pics are not recorded on both the Huawei P30 and P20. I've noticed that I can't use the Samsung note 5 anymore.

The DJI Go 4 app was the best.

Hi there, we are sorry for any inconvenience. Could you please tell us more details about the battery level issue? Please tell us the model and OS version of your phone. And please also tell us your drone is DJI Air 2S or Mini 2?
As for the recording issue, may I ask if you're referring to the download feature? Please elaborate on the issue you encountered. Could you please provide us with a screenshot or video for further confirmation?

I cannot trust your stupid fly app anymore.

With the latest update, videos do not appear on both the Huawei P30 and P20.

Plz sort your act together before releasing further updates.

It not for the end consumer to do the testing for you. We need a stable flying app.

Why don't you revert back to the stable dji gi4 app. I fly my Spark with no issues with the dji go 4 app. The Huawei P30, P20 and the Samsung note 5 works perfectly with the DJI go 4 app.

Why you update fly app? release note for the mini 2 reads DJI Fly App Android: v1.4.2.
No need to update , when there is nothing new for your mini 2I use p30 pro

I purchased the mini 2 on 21 September 2021. The app requested that the software be updated.

deleted old app, download 1.4.2, set internet off when installing, start app, skip inlog, go to profile,,settings then about, De select auto check for updates.
then activate internet and log in

Thanks for the information provided. Since we are unable to reproduce the said issue, could you please provide us the log and tell us the time when the issue occurred for further analysis?
1. Exporting Aircraft Data
(1) Download DJI Assistant 2 from the official website. Download link: https://www.dji.com/cn/mini-2/downloads
(2) Launch DJI Assistant 2. Within 20 seconds after the aircraft is powered on, connect it to DJI Assistant 2.
(3) After DJI Assistant 2 recognizes the aircraft, choose "Log Export", and then click "Save to local".
(4) The final exported data are ".dat" files.
2. App Log Export
Please reboot the mobile device before exporting the app log. And then connect the mobile device that has been connected to the aircraft to the PC, and then go to DJI>dji.go.v5>LOG and export the data in the "LOG" folder.

For the recording issue, could you please tell you're referring to the flight record is not shown on the app or the footage cannot be downloaded to your phone?

Here is another fault with the stupid DJI app.

1673m from home point. The app says I am not logged into my acc.

Aircraft not connected to RC.

I fly my drones every day.

Just shows that standards from DJI are dropping with every update.
