I just got DJI Osmo Mobile 3 gimbal through amazon. but i cannot find the DJI Mimo app in my google playstore. i have Oppo A54 phone that runs on Android version 11.

As far as I know, the Mimo app is not available in Google Play Store anymore. Nowadays, you should download it directly from the DJI's own website at https://www.dji.com/fi/downloads/djiapp/dji-mimo. Installing it from there also might mean you need to give your device permission to download and execute apps outside the official app stores of the device.
