Phantom 4 remote control unable to stop charging

My Phantom 4 remote control has the following problems.
1) When charging, it can blink up to all 4 leds but unable to stop charging.
2) It blinks weird pattens sometimes

In addition, you may also try to check the firmware of both aircraft and remote controllers to see if both are using the same updated version. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Hi. I have left the charging of the remote controller to more than 4 hours and the problem still persist.
My remote controller version is 1.9.3
My aircraft is 02.00.0810
