Good Day

When I start up my new Ronin rs2, the camera looks at me! When I press the trigger button twice, the camera looks at me. When I press it 3x it looks the "correct" way. But this is eactly the wrong way as it's intended to be!!!

Pictures shows the position when I startup the ronin rs2 or when I press the trigger button twice. Any suggestions?

I have a video as requested. Where shall I send the video to? The gimbal is brand new out of the box.
