Unit won’t stop from powering itself off when the slow as hell download is trying to update.

I have the “keep screen on all the time” setting turned on, but it doesn’t stay on, either.

I like DJI, but this stuff is BS. Why can’t they just download software like Android and Apple to, as in easy?

When you update the firmware of the unit using the application, the aircraft and the remote controller will normally restart during the updating process. You will receive a notification on the app once the update is finished. You may also want to check the DJI Assistant 2 software that needs to be downloaded onto your PC or Mac as you can also download the firmware using the said software.
