Hi, there. Please try to refresh the latest firmware for the RC, you can connect the RC and app, press the upper right icon on the first page of the DJI GO 4 app for about 9 seconds, and it would pop up a message to refresh the firmware. If the issue persists after the firmware refresh, I suggest sending the RC in for repair. Please contact our support to start a case: http://www.dji.com/support
