The old MP still rocks!

Fabulous shots, why up grade to problems when the original Pro gives that quality, had mine 2 and half years, no problems whatsoever.

Have not seen the reason to sell it. Bought it used 2017 and also have P4 and P4P V2 but the MP is sometimes the best one to use.

Normally it’s availability of the batteries. DJI is very good at stopping to make them. But for the pro there are third party batteries available in the U.K.

I agree totally, I could see how things were going battery wise, I bought 1 3rd party battery to try, then bought 2 more so I have 5 in total, 2 genuine and the 3 3rd party, no problems whatsoever with the 3rd party batteries. Is it me, or has quality and reliability gone down a whole lot with the newer models? Reading problems people are having on here just makes me very nervous if I have to replace my old Mavic Pro.

I have the 2 pro and the battery issues always concern me. And I’ve not seen any third party ones yet.  But as the Mavic 2 series go end of life wmeven for the enterprise drone I don’t know how long batteries will be available.

Lol.  I’m doing the same.  So far my batteries don’t have any symptoms so I’m hoping I’m lucky.

Nice shots you retrieved from the Mavic.  I changed from the Phantom to the Mavic for the same reason.
