Are you filming in 30 or 60 fps?
In EU (PAL) area you should film 25 or 50 fps because of the frequency of the grid.

Try Davinci Resolve.
It has a deflicker plugin in their fusion tab.
And it is free.

If you experience this issue very often, kindly please try to backup all the files on your SD card and try to reformat it then check if the issue persists. Thank you for your valued support.

Try the suggestion by Montfrooij. I use the free version of Davinci Resolve (17.4.1) and it's a powerful tool.

Thank you for the tip, I did try it.... it doesn't do wonders, but the flickering is a bit less annoying.

In the meantime, I had some other work to do:
